    Muddy Frogwater Days are here!!!

    Join the XDT for the Muddy Frogwater Festival, on Saturday morning at 9:00am as the XDT sturts their stuff in the Muddy Frogwater Parade. followed with performances by the XDT and some of the adult students at 12:30 pm @ Yantis Park. Hope to see you there showing your school spirit by wearing your PMA T-Shirts.

      Team XDT you guys Rocked today! Great job with your team performances, and today you each took your personal performances to a new level. Great Stuff!

      Team thanks for helping all the new kids learning their Extreme Moves today. You made them feel right at home and helped many of them take the next step to make Martial Arts a part of their lives.
